Recently Delhi based MT Research & Educational Services (MTRES) came up with the second edition of their Teaching Excellence Awards (TEA) 2019, to recognize the monumental role teachers play in our society to create tomorrow’s leaders as they instil a desire to learn and achieve. The awards celebrate the efforts of all those who go above and beyond to promote excellence within our education system. Meet Dr. Subhasis Roy, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Calcutta, who has been honoured with Excellent Teacher Award in MTRES TEA 2019.

Meet Dr. Ravindra Gaikwad, award winning Professor and Head of Dept. of Chemistry, Pravara Rural Engineering College (PREC), who is transforming his department and the lives of his students through his outstanding academic and research work.

Sumit Asrani, a chemical engineer (ChEngineer) and freelance trainer by profession, is on a mission to develop highly skilled chemical, process, biotech engineers in Process Modeling and Simulation. He conducts trainings in various colleges and institutions across India. He left his job in 2014 to pursue teaching as a career and has trained more than 500 students so far.
